I opened Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chop House in 2011 on a sleepy alley bordering Singapore’s bustling Chinatown district. The intent was on offering the finest oysters, seafood and produce from my birthplace, Boston. The restaurant quickly earned a reputation for offering impeccable seafood, professional service and a bustling city atmosphere. Today, many consider Luke’s an institution, celebrating life’s great accomplishments and special moments.
Now, 10 years on, the Travis Masiero Restaurant Group as it is known, comprises of a small collection of six restaurants, all offering the same commitment to quality and consistency that have become the group’s hallmark. At your service.
